Each event is different. Before we can give you any definite numbers, you will need to let us know some things: how many guests, what activities you want, how much play money you want to give each guest, etc. But here’s some information to give you an idea of our formula.
As a general rule, you will need player spots for 60-75% of the total guest count. The different game tables can fit different amounts of people. For example, the blackjack tables accommodate up to seven players at one time, the poker tables eight, roulette tables twelve, and our six feet and twelve feet craps tables fit twelve and twenty people respectively.
Here is some guidance for table mixes for different numbers of guests to give you an idea:
